(“Permaweb”, “we”, or “us”). Accordingly we cannot guarantee that any information about you collected through any of our Platforms, whether during transmission or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others who do not have your authorization. Any such transmission or sharing of that information is done at your own risk.

You can choose not to receive promotional communications from us by following the instructions in any communications you receive from us. Please note that this will not stop us from sending emails to you about your account or your transactions with us.

You must be 18 years or older to register to use the Service. Further, our Platforms are not designed or intended to be attractive to use by children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years old. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OLD, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF OUR PLATFORMS AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. If you learn that your child under 13 years old has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. We will delete that data from our systems.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, with any such changes to be effective prospectively. You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without reference to the choice of law or conflicts of law principles thereof, and will be subject to the dispute resolution clause contained in our Terms of Use.

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is judged to be illegal, void or unenforceable due to applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction it shall be deemed deleted and the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions will not be prejudiced.
